At the heart of Elizabethan H&H Foundation is a multidisciplinary leadership team drawn from education, finance, law, media, counselling, public advocacy, and institutional governance.
The Foundation is guided by a Board that provides strategic oversight, ethical direction, and accountability in alignment with its mission to advance human dignity, mental wellbeing, and sustainable social change for boys and men.

Oyinade Samuel-Eluwole (MBA, ACIP, FERP, MCIoD)

Founder & President

Mrs. Oyinade Samuel-Eluwole is the Founder and President of Elizabethan H&H Foundation. She is a social impact and development advocate focused on human dignity, mental health, and sustainable social change, with particular emphasis on preventive and restorative approaches for boys and men.
A retired banker and entrepreneur, she brings strong expertise in governance, strategy, and institutional development to the Foundation’s work. Her leadership and contributions to social impact and development have been recognised through various honours and awards, among others, reflecting her commitment to ethical, people-centred change. Her leadership emphasises prevention, responsibility, and institutional integrity, guiding the Foundation’s work with clarity, accountability, and long-term purpose.

Chief Michael Ade. Ojo, OON

Grand Patron

Chief Michael Ade. Ojo, OON, is a distinguished Nigerian industrialist, educationist, and philanthropist. He is the Founder of Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, and Chairman of Toyota Nigeria Limited.
With over five decades of experience spanning public service and private enterprise, his leadership and commitment to education and national development provide invaluable guidance, credibility, and strategic support to the Foundation.

Prophet Ade Ologbonyo

Trustee & Board Member

Prophet Ade Ologbonyo is a faith leader, humanitarian, and social development advocate. He is the Founder of Boanerges Global Ministry and Ade Ologbonyo Foundation, through which he has supported widows, orphans, and vulnerable populations through education, empowerment, and welfare initiatives.
He is also a United Nations-recognised Peace Ambassador, in recognition of his sustained humanitarian and peace-building efforts within and outside Nigeria. His role as both Trustee and Board Member strengthens the Foundation’s governance, ethical oversight, and community-focused approach to impact.

Ahmad Sajoh, FNIPR, PhD

Board Member

Mallam Ahmad Sajoh is a media practitioner, public relations specialist, and strategic communications expert. A former Commissioner for Information and government spokesperson, he has worked extensively on public communication, peacebuilding, and reintegration initiatives.
His expertise strengthens the Foundation’s media engagement, advocacy positioning, and institutional communication strategy.

Folake Lateefat Sanu

Board Member

Mrs. Folake Sanu is a seasoned finance professional and banker with over four decades of experience across executive management, accounting, and strategic leadership.
A former Executive Director at Wema Bank, she brings deep expertise in financial governance, risk management, and institutional accountability to the Board.

Bamijoko Okupe

Board Member

Mr. Bamijoko Okupe is an entrepreneur and brand, marketing, and communications practitioner with over three decades of experience.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Modo Ante, he contributes strategic insight in brand development, communication, and social enterprise to support the Foundation’s advocacy and public engagement objectives.

Ayodeji Akande

Board Member

Barrister Ayodeji Akande is a legal practitioner and former academic with experience across public service, legal practice, and government advisory roles.
His background in law, policy, and institutional engagement supports the Foundation’s commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and rights-based approaches.
